The decision to introduce digital processes into the request and management of products increases efficiency by reducing time and the use of paper, and at the same time helps to achieve sustainability goals by improving accessibility also for people with disabilities.

Assistance: customer assistance is a cornerstone of our organisation. We have developed a multi-channel model that provides for a direct relationship through physical channels and remotely through dedicated teams. We also use social caring and digital tools (chatbots, information request forms) that facilitate access to information and at the same time reduce the need to move for the benefit of customers.

Sustainable, inclusive loans: with salary/pension-backed loans we support access to credit for families and individuals - even customers who could not otherwise obtain a loan - through sustainable financing which provides for personalised terms and instalment payments that are based on income. Salary-backed loans allow customers to obtain funding through their salaries or pensions, facilitating financial inclusion even when they are in advanced age.

Digital current account: the IBL Banca current account called “ControCorrente” was designed to be a remunerated digital account, to be opened online with recognition also through SPID (public digital identity system), and to be managed through the App. It is equipped with state-of-the-art advanced functions which allow for remote and autonomous payments and the option to activate Time Deposit without the need to go to the branch and have paper documentation.

Insurance for eco-friendly means of transport: our commercial proposals include products that are in line with the new trends linked to more sustainable choices such as insurance policies for new forms of sharing mobility which contribute to reducing traffic and environmental impacts. They can be subscribed to in full digital mode.

A remote and paperless loan request method: a method to request salary deducted loans is also available remotely through a special platform and with electronic signature, yet being able to count on the assistance of our remote operators that support customers at all stages of the process.
This procedure makes it possible to optimise processes by reducing paper consumption related to contractual forms.
