As a financial institution, we are aware that in our role we are called upon to make an active contribution by combining business objectives with initiatives that promote inclusion, well-being and progress for all stakeholders.

We work every day to provide excellent banking and financial services and to promote prudent and responsible savings management, pursuing policies to facilitate access to credit for individuals and families. Commercial partnerships with other operators also envisage the sustainable management of activities.

The Group contributes to non-profit solidarity initiatives with humanitarian purposes; projects to reduce the negative impact on the environment; social activities involving a broad and diverse public, both internally and externally.

    The IBL Banca Group places the dignity of people at the centre of its activities and its Human Resources management policy. It strives to promote the well-being and safety of employees, fostering an inclusive work environment that respects everyone's dignity. In addition to the health care and supplementary pension system already included in the collective banking agreement, for example, it has introduced an additional health policy and set up the conversion of the company bonus into welfare to maximise purchasing power, also as a result of tax benefits. It has implemented tangible action to support parenting with initiatives ranging from the organisation of internal camps for the children of employees, when schools are closed, to financial support, such as the Euro 600 Baby Bonus. It organises activities for the mental and physical well-being of employees and for better work-life balance.

    In addition, in the activities aimed at the public, with the disbursement of loans through wage and pension-backed loans, it allows many people to take advantage of an accessible and sustainable financial instrument, facilitating access to credit even in cases where it could be difficult.

    The IBL Banca Group is committed to numerous humanitarian and social impact initiatives, pursuing the objective of reducing inequalities and poverty, as well as contributing to the development of a fairer society.
    In this context, we also believe in lending as a factor of empowerment and emancipation, and through our loan programmes we contribute to reducing the barriers to accessing credit for citizens and social groups, furthering a fairer society.
